- Our toll-free numbers cannot receive calls from anywhere other than the USA and Canada
- Our local numbers can receive calls from anywhere in the world
OUTBOUND
- If dialing outbound via our app or dial-out feature, you can only dial to the USA and Canadian numbers.
FORWARDING
- If using our forwarding feature, we can only forward a call to the USA or to a Canada number.
- If using our app you can receive calls from anywhere in the world, using VoIP technology
BILLING
- All accounts must have a USA or Canada billing address associated with the billing credit card on file.
