Learn How to Set Up & Log In to Your Unitel Voice Mobile App, Softphone, and IP-Phone

Setting up your Unitel Voice mobile app, softphone, or IP-phones allows you to make and receive calls, as well as check voicemails. Follow this guide to get started.



1. Download the Unitel Voice App or Softphone


2. Log In to the Unitel Mobile App & Softphone

Important Login Information

  • The Master Admin Login (created at signup) WILL NOT work for the mobile app or softphone.
  • The mobile app, softphone, and IP devices are designed to sync with your Employee Extension credentials.
  • Before logging in, your Employee Extension must be created first.

You will receive login details and setup instructions for your mobile app, softphone, or IP device after completing the Device Setup Form.


3. Customize Your App & Softphone Settings

Once logged in, adjust your settings to match your preferences, including:

  • Call handling & forwarding options
  • Voicemail notifications
  • Caller ID settings
