How do I delete or remove users from receiving text messages?

Email [email protected] with the user's name and email to remove them from text notifications.

At this time, users cannot add or remove other users in the Unitel Voice Texting Portal.

If you need to delete or remove a user from receiving text messages, please send an email to [email protected] with the following details:

  • First Name

  • Last Name

  • Email Address

Once we receive your request, our support team will process the removal and email you a confirmation.
