Setup & Login Guide for the UniTel Voice Office Mobile App

Before logging into the Unitel Voice Office Mobile App, it’s important to understand that:

  • The username and password created during signup are different from your mobile app login.

  • The app syncs with your personal Employee Extension (User Extension).

  • You will use the Device Setup Form to create a unique mobile app login for your Employee Extension.

Step 1: Create an Employee Extension (If Not Already Created)

You may have already created or been invited to your Employee Extension. If so, skip this step.

Step 2: Set Up the Mobile App for Your Employee Extension

  1. Log into the Unitel Voice Dashboard and navigate to Extensions.

  2. Find your Employee Extension and click "Edit".

  3. In the "General Information" section, toggle "Mobile App & Devices" ON.

  4. A new "Mobile App & Devices" menu will appear in the right-hand column.

  5. Click the link to the Device Setup Form, where you can:

    • Set up the mobile app, softphone, or IP phone for your extension.

    • Create a unique login for the mobile app & softphone.

  6. Once the form is completed, you’ll receive an email with your mobile app & softphone login credentials, along with links to download the applications.

Step 3: Download the Apps & Log In

  1. Once you’ve received your mobile app and softphone credentials, download and install the apps.

  2. Log in using the username and password provided in the email from the Device Setup Form.

  3. If you lose your credentials, follow these steps to retrieve them:

    • Check your email inbox for the login credentials email. Use search terms like "login credentials" or "Unitel Voice."

    • Verify your spam or junk folder in case the email has been filtered.

    • If the email cannot be located, contact Unitel Voice support to resend the login credentials.

How to Retrieve Your Login Credentials It is possible to lose or misplace your login credentials after initial setup. Follow these suggestions to retrieve them:

  1. Emails with login credentials are sent to the email address associated with your account at the time of setup. Use search terms like "Unitel Voice" or "login credentials" to locate the email.

  2. Double-check your spam or junk folder in case the email was filtered.

  3. Ensure that the email address you’re checking matches the one associated with your Unitel Voice account.

  4. If the email was deleted or cannot be found, reach out to Unitel Voice support for assistance. They can resend your credentials after verification.

Troubleshooting Tip: If you recently changed your email address, confirm it aligns with the one associated with your Unitel Voice account to avoid discrepancies.
