Setup & Login for the UniTel Voice Mobile App & Softphone
Important Notes:
The username and password created during signup are not used for logging into the mobile app or softphone.
The mobile app and softphone are designed to sync with a user's Employee Extension.
You’ll need to complete the Device Setup Form to receive unique login credentials for the app or softphone.
To log in to the UniTel Voice Office Mobile App or Softphone, follow the three steps below or watch a quick video.
Step 1: Create an Employee Extension
(Skip this step if your extension has already been created or if you’ve already received an invite.)

Step 2: Set Up the Softphone or Mobile App for Your Employee Extension
Log in to your Unitel dashboard and go to the Extensions page.
Click Edit next to the Employee Extension you want to configure.
In the General Information section, toggle ON “Mobile App & Devices.”
A new menu will appear in the right-hand column. Click the link for the Device Setup Form.
Complete the form to receive unique login credentials and download links for the apps.
Step 3: Download the Apps & Log In
Once you receive your login credentials via email, download and install the necessary apps:

Use the provided username and password to log in.
