How do I log in to my UniTel Voice Mobile App and Softphone?

  1. The Master Admin Login you created at signup is NOT your mobile app and softphone login.
  2. The mobile app, softphone, and ip-phones are designed to sync with a user's personal Employee Extension. Your employee extension must be created first.
  3. You'll receive login information and setup instructions for your mobile app, softphone, and ip-phone after you complete the device setup form
