Why can't I add any more numbers to my account?

While there is not a limitation to the quantity of numbers that you can have, there is a limitation to the quantity of numbers that you can add to your account in your dashboard. The exact amount you can add is based on which account plan you have selected. These limits are as follows:

Current UniTel Voice Plans

  • Start-Up Plan (500 minutes) = 5 lines
  • Unlimited = 20 lines
  • Office Plan = No limit

Legacy Plans

  • Starter Plan (500 minutes) = 5 additional lines
  • Plus Plan (1500 minutes) = 10 additional lines
  • Pro Plan (3000 minutes) = 10 additional lines
  • Unlimited Plan = 20 additional lines

If you find that you need more numbers than you are able to add yourself, please contact us at [email protected] so we can manually add them for you.
