To use the call recording feature, you must add it to your account.
1. Click Settings
2. Click Extras
3. Click ENABLE in the Call Recording feature box.
*IMPORTANT: After enabling call recording, you must activate it inside the extensions where you wish to use it.
1. Click Extensions
2. Click EDIT next to the extension where you will enable the call recording feature.
3. Click ON next to the Call Recording trigger (left side)
4. Click SAVE & CLOSE at the top.
When using the app, all OUTBOUND calls will also automatically be recorded. Currently, it is not possible to control inbound/outbound separately; however, this functionality is being considered.
