Opening the Messages window

There are several ways that you can open the Messages window.

Windows

1. Click Show the messages window.

2. Keyboard accelerator: SHIFT+CTRL+M

3. Select View > Messages

"Messages" is in the "View" menu.

4. Click on an IM notification

A new message can appear as a Windows toast notification.

Mac

1. Click Show the messages window.

3. Select Window > Show Messages
