Why is my first invoice so high?

Your first invoice can sometimes be confusing.  UniTel Voice is a pre-paid service.  You paid for the first month of service in advance, on the date you signed up. However, if you added any additional numbers, or extra features to your account, those charges have not been paid.  Now, 30 days later, it is time to pay for your next month of service.  This first invoice will reflect to you the charges for your first month of service, the payment that you already made to offset those charges, and your next month service charges.  If you had any overage in your first month, or you had added any add-on numbers or extra features, those charges will also appear on this invoice.
