Your Unitel Voice dashboard displays both Incoming Minutes and Outgoing Minutes
Go to Settings > Account.
Here’s what they mean:
- Incoming Minutes – The total duration of calls made to your Unitel Voice phone number.
- Outgoing Minutes – The total duration of calls made fromyour Unitel Voice account, including:
- Outbound calls from the mobile app
- Calls made using the dial-out feature
- Calls forwarded to a U.S. or Canadian number
Do I Get Charged Twice for the Same Call?
No. Unitel Voice does NOT double bill for calls.
Your plan’s included minutes cover both incoming and outgoing calls. For example, if you are on the 500-minute plan, you get 500 incoming minutes and 500 outgoing minutes (not the sum of both. This means you don’t get charged twice when a call is forwarded or connected.
