UniTel Voice will reflect both Incoming and Outgoing minutes, in the SETTINGS --> ACCOUNT section of your online dashboard.
- Incoming Minutes = Calls made to your UniTel Voice phone number, for the entire duration of the call.
- Outgoing Minutes = Outbound calls made from your app, or outbound calls made using the dial-out feature, or calls that are forwarded to a USA number or Canada number.
It is important to understand that UniTel Voice does NOT double bill for calls. Our packages are priced so that your plan's included minutes are calculated for both incoming and outgoing, and is NOT calculated on the SUM of both incoming and outgoing together.
