What's the difference between Incoming Minutes and Outgoing Minutes?

Unitel Voice will reflect both Incoming and Outgoing minutes in your online dashboard's Settings > Account section.

  • Incoming Minutes - Calls made to your Unitel Voice phone number for the entire duration of the call.
  • Outgoing Minutes - Outbound calls made from your app, outbound calls made using the dial-out feature, or calls forwarded to a USA or Canada number.  

It is important to understand that Unitel Voice does NOT double bill for calls. Our packages are priced so that your plan's included minutes are calculated for both incoming and outgoing and not calculated on the sum of both incoming and outgoing.
