As a prepaid service, each account has a credit limit for overage charges. If you receive an email notifying you that you're approaching or exceeding your credit limit, it means your account has reached its overage threshold and requires a mandatory payment to avoid service interruption.
What Should You Do?
To prevent a temporary suspension of your service, make a one-time payment as soon as possible:
- Login to your account.
- Go to Settings > Billing.
- Process a one-time payment to bring your account balance up to date..
