- The Master Admin Login you created at signup is NOT your mobile app and softphone login.
- The mobile app, softphone, and ip-phones are designed to sync with a user's personal Employee Extension. Your employee extension must be created first.
- You'll receive login information and setup instructions for your mobile app, softphone, and ip-phone after you complete the device setup form
