The Unitel Voice virtual phone system allows you to block specific phone numbers and entire area codes from calling your numbers. You can also create a list of exempt numbers that will always be allowed through, even if their area code is blocked.
How to Manage Call Blocking
Call Block settings can be found in: Settings > Call Block
Blocked Callers
- Enter the 10-digit phone number you want to block.
- Click “Add” to add it to the block list.
Blocked Area Codes
- Enter the 3-digit area code to block all calls from that region.
- Click “Add.”
Numbers Excluded from Blocked Calls
- Enter the 10-digit phone number you want to allow (even if its area code is blocked).
- Click “Add.”
Managing Your Block List
- All blocked numbers and area codes will appear in your list.
- To remove a blocked number or area code, click the “X” next to it.
This feature helps prevent unwanted calls while ensuring important contacts can always reach you.
